What we both liked was that we were told to go for everything we wanted and when the quote would be raised we could decide what we wanted to keep or reduce/replace in regards to our budget. We have recently done 3 major bathroom renovations. Emily, at Sleaford Turnbulls, was outstanding. From our first meeting, she just got it! She listened really carefully, taking into account our ideas and thoughts, before individually designing each of our bathrooms. We did one room at a time, designing and ordering before moving on to the next. What we believed could be really challenging, trying to keep each bathroom different, Emily made easy! She was very attentive and knowledgeable as well as realistic. She worked really well with our budget parameters ensuring she designed top quality items to reflect the theme. We really appreciated her honesty about time scales where items had a longer lead time, as well as whether she felt things worked well together.
