We have just completed renovations of a 1970s bungalow, Wayne from Turnbulls came out to the bungalow to measure up and suggest some designs, after a few slight changes (Mrs indecisive here) we ordered the kitchen cupboards, worktops, fittings and appliances, as well as bathroom and shower room fittings, tiles etc all now been fitted and looks superb. We’ve had our dream kitchen from Turnbull – Lincoln fitted and could not be happier with the service from start to finish. Wayne’s expertise not only designed a fabulous kitchen but he put up with our many questions, any concerns we had and repeated visits to make sure every thing was perfect. He went above and beyond. Wayne also recommend the very skilled kitchen installer, Steve who’s attention to detail was very excellent.

David at Turnbull’s Lincoln branch has designed my new kitchen and bathroom, and it’s been a great experience. He’s very knowledgeable and skilled, and incredibly patient, making design changes and finding innovative solutions to ensure I was delighted with the final design. Turnbull’s showroom has an excellent range of display kitchens and bathrooms to prompt ideas, and I can’t wait to see it all fitted!

No pressure was ever placed on us to spend, spend, spend…….! Also we were offered practical advice on what would work and what wouldn’t, but our choice. We bought a kitchen from Turnbull over 7 years ago. I have had no issues with the kitchen until recently when I needed new Fridge Door Mounting Plastic Brackets. Couldn’t find them anywhere online so contacted Turnbull. Wonderful service from Olivia who came straight back to me with exactly the spare parts I needed and where to purchase them. Fridge door now sorted. Great service. Highly recommend Turnbull and Olivia.

After paying a builder who left us without a kitchen for 10 months we had to cook on a camping stove in the garage since then. We had to get the work done by someone else. We ordered kitchen worktop from Turnbull – Boston Kitchen Gareth was very knowledgeable for us to choose the worktop at a competitive price. At long last are now very happy with the whole process from start to finish. The kitchen looks fabulous 👌

From start to finish I cannot fault both Gareth and Jo at Turnbull’s for their customer service. Always friendly and very helpful from planning to the couple of hic-cups we had. Was welcomed on arrival. Very helpful and gave us samples to take away . After we picked the worktop, Jo put everything into place organising templateing and fitting. Lead time was short and so was fitting. Jo was very helpful keeping me up to date with emails and phone calls. Very happy with the outcome.

Visited the Store in Brigg. Made to feel very welcome, listened to everything I was wanting for my en-suite. It is exactly what we wanted and looks fab. So happy with the service we have now had our kitchen design done. Jake went through everything, nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many times I changed my mind on things. Would absolutely recommend Turnbulls in Brigg. If you can get Jake on the design, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks Jake!

Brilliant service from Alan at Turnbull when choosing our worktop. Previously we had used an inept local company who used 9 staff but broke the granite top and had no solution on how to fit a replacement successfully. Alan used Cambrian Granite whose 2 staff had a clear plan to successful fit a quality product. A big thank you to all for a professional success. (Shame on Blyth Marble.)
